Catering for all children from
nursery to after-school care
- We have a fully equipped outdoor play area with hard
and soft play areas.
- Open door policy to all parents and regulatory
bodies.
- Close circuit cameras in operation. Log on at any
time and see your child at play.
- After-school room equipped with computers, which is
fully supervised.
- Our centre exceeds the minimum standards laid down by
the various regulatory bodies.
- We are open all year round except for public holidays
and Christmas.

Park Academy Care and Education
At Park Academy, Care and Education Centre, we recognise
that the first three years of life are an extraordinary time
that sets the stage for all the years to follow.
- Our premises has been purpose built and designed to
provide the very best environment for the child.
- Every room has direct access to the outside play
area.
- We have sourced all our equipment and furnishings
from specialist manufacturers and suppliers.
- The overall aim of our service is to provide families
with A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
- We offer care and education for children from 3
months to 12 years.
Nursery Room
The Nursery Room has been designed to maximise
stimulation, interaction and learning opportunities for
young babies. Your baby will have an individual care plan
that will be developed between you and your key carer during
the settling period. This will be continually updated during
your baby's time at the nursery.
Toddler / Wobbler Room
In the same way adolescence stands between childhood and
adulthood, two year olds are moving from total dependence of
babyhood to the more independent mobile world of
pre-schoolers. Their imaginations and desires often exceed
their competence.
Two year olds need manageable challenges and mastery
experiences. At Park Academy the curriculum will empower
children to become confident, successful, lifelong learners
by creating developmentally appropriate environments in
which each child learns what the world is like, how it works
and what he or she is capable of achieving.
Montessori Room
Children who attend Park Academy Care and Education
Centre will be fully prepared for the schools they will
choose to attend.
In this area we have:
- An approach to literacy that includes a focus on
phonological awareness, word recognition and language
appreciation.
- An approach to maths that emphasises numeric,
inquisitive thinking and problem solving.
- A child choice learning environment.
- Developmentally appropriate instruction.
